Barre Fusion with Christine is a feel-good practice, balancing both mind and body, my Barre Fusion class takes upper and lower body ballet-inspired movements and threads them throughout a 60-minute Hatha-based sequence.
The class layers small range of movements to the isometric holds specific of Yoga, targets focus areas and heats the body, building overall strength and flexibility, all the while igniting the core and connecting the breath with mindful movement.
