Who Is Collecting Your Data?

I, Christine Dias, creator of Opal & Ghost, only collect personal data for agreed purposes and I am strongly committed to ensuring that the privacy and personal data of customers, members and followers are protected

What information do I collect about you?

I collect information about you when you opt-in at www.opalandghost.com to receive personal updates, downloads, complementary products, useful content, and occasional marketing, and/ or sign-up with me to place an order for paid products and services. I may at times collect information when you complete customer surveys or provide feedback.
When you sign up, I need to know your first & last name so that you can be identified. 
Depending on the nature of our interaction, different data will be collected. For free and paid products your name, an email address may be captured via Wix, Facebook, and Instagram. When purchasing physical products, which may include illustrated prints, your relevant postal address will also be collected via Gmail. 
I may also use your e-mail address to send you messages about my services which may include notifications about newly launched services. 
When signing up to my workshops and private classes, your personal information including information relating to your general well being and goals along with your postal address will be captured through Google Docs.
 
How will I use the information about you?

I collect information about you to manage your requests and to email, you about products and services I think may be of interest to you. I use postal addresses to ship physical products, which may include illustrated prints. I may use your information collected from the website and landing pages to personalize your repeat visits to my website, opalandghost.com, through tracking pixels.
 
Third Parties
None of your information will be passed on to third parties without your consent. Your data will be stored in software accounts such as Wix Contacts and CRM and Google Docs.
I also use google analytics tracking dashboard for Wix.

Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to this website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.

 

Marketing
I would like to send you information about products and services of mine which may be of interest to you.
When you opt-in for a complimentary or paid product or service you also consent to be added to my mailing list as is explicitly stated in the opt-in form. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date by unsubscribing from the email list. You have a right at any time to stop me from contacting you for marketing purposes.
 
Access To Your Information and Correction
