I am here to remind you to inhale, exhale and harness the feminine power bestowed within you!

 

Balance is key for a happy healthy life. However, with all the roles we take on as women, we often find ourselves crossing the fine line when trying to attain a balance between the care we dedicate to others and, ultimately, the care we dedicate to ourselves.

You’ve seen it in generations before you: your mom, your grandmother … that grit; you’ve possibly even seen it in the generation that follows. May it be in your business, in your personal life, towards your goals and dreams, you're driven by passion and purpose, pushing through boundaries like a pro… Possibly setting your own needs aside for more than just a while?

 

As a strong and active woman, you want to show up, to be there for others. But to be of service to that and, especially,  those we love the most, we cannot be of disservice to ourselves.

 

So, how do you keep from crossing that fine line? How can you not get caught up or feel rushed?

 

DON’T WAIT UNTIL YOU BREAK.

 

It wasn’t until I allowed myself to become depleted and ultimately disconnected from my truer nature, that I was forced to a halt. I had ploughed through the last 10 years of my life; through the thick and thin, stretching my limits “as needed”, bouncing back, though subsequently less energetic.

 

Slowly and steadily, life started feeling a lot like one struggle after the other. Deep within, I knew this was not how it was supposed to play out.   

 

Coming from a lineage of strong, driven, caring and selfless women, I've witnessed first-hand how imperative regular and conscious self-care is. 

 

I'd been taught grit, patience, resilience, perseverance, and more, but was slacking in embracing the concept of self-nurture. How could I pass on the learnings to my kids, making it clear to them that being in touch with themselves - their own feelings and needs, embracing them - is key for a happy, healthy life?
